The HairGrab Marketplace

HairGrab is operated by Crowned Group LLC. HairGrab Core is a marketplace: each product on hairgrab.beauty is listed and sold by an independent seller, not by HairGrab itself. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, inventory and fulfillment.

Your Account

You must provide accurate, current information when creating a HairGrab account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Payments

Checkout on hairgrab.beauty is processed securely by Stripe. HairGrab does not see or store your full card number.

Returns, Refunds and Shipping

See the Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy linked in the footer for how returns, refunds and delivery work on HairGrab Core.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crowned Group LLC and HairGrab are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the marketplace or a product purchased through it. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

HairGrab may update these Terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of hairgrab.beauty after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
