1. Overview & Platform Role

This website is operated by Crown Group LLC d/b/a HairGrab ("HairGrab," "we," "us," or "our"). HairGrab operates as a curated online multi-vendor marketplace connecting independent hair boutiques, wig designers, and hair care vendors ("Sellers") with retail consumers ("Buyers"). By accessing our site or purchasing goods through HairGrab, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Marketplace Structure & Independent Sellers

HairGrab facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Sellers. While HairGrab curates sellers and facilitates payment processing, order routing, and customer support escalation, the physical inventory, styling, packaging, and dispatch of each order are fulfilled directly by the designated independent Seller.  

3. Pricing, Accuracy & Modifications

Prices for products listed on HairGrab are subject to change without notice. While we require all Sellers to accurately describe hair grade, origin, lace specifications, density, and textures, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if any information on the platform is inaccurate at the time of purchase.

4. Billing, Order Acceptance & Taxes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Pursuant to applicable marketplace facilitator laws, HairGrab calculates, collects, and remits applicable state and local sales taxes on behalf of Sellers during checkout.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you may not use the platform: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; or (e) to attempt off-platform payment settlements with Sellers.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

HairGrab does not manufacture third-party vendor products. In no event shall Crown Group LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any product procured through the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
