HairGrab Seller Terms & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Operated by Crowned Group LLC d/b/a HairGrab

By registering for and maintaining a seller account on HairGrab, you agree to comply with the following seller, product, fulfillment, customer service, and marketplace standards.

1. FOUNDING SELLER COMMISSION & PAYOUTS

Founding Seller Commission

Sellers accepted into HairGrab’s Founding Seller program receive a locked 5% HairGrab platform commission rate on eligible product sales made through the marketplace.

Payment Processing Fees

Third-party payment processing and/or payout fees may apply in addition to HairGrab’s platform commission. Applicable fees will be disclosed through HairGrab or the applicable payment provider.

Payout Setup

Sellers must complete all required payout onboarding and identity or tax verification before receiving marketplace payouts.

Tax Information

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate tax and identity information when required, including an SSN, EIN, or other information requested by HairGrab’s payment provider.

Payout Timing

Payout availability and timing may depend on successful payment processing, fulfillment status, account verification, holds, disputes, refunds, and the policies of HairGrab’s payment provider.

2. PRODUCT LISTING ALLOCATION & CATALOG STANDARDS

Core Hair Catalog

Each seller may maintain up to 50 active core hair product listings on HairGrab.

Core hair products may include approved:

• Wigs
• Bundles
• Closures and frontals
• Extensions
• Braiding hair
• Other approved hair products

Variations such as length, color, lace type, density, cap size, construction, or other options do not count as separate listings when they are offered as variants of the same product.

Hair Care & Accessories

Sellers may maintain up to 10 additional approved hair-care, wig-care, installation, and accessory listings that directly complement the purchase, installation, maintenance, or protection of hair products.

Examples may include lace tint, melt bands, wax sticks, bonnets, wig caps, and similar approved products.

Catalog Growth

Sellers demonstrating strong sales, reliable fulfillment, good customer service, and compliance with HairGrab standards may request additional core product capacity in increments of 25 listings, subject to HairGrab approval.

HairGrab reserves the right to establish or modify reasonable listing limits as the marketplace evolves.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY & LISTING QUALITY

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every product listing is complete and materially accurate.

Product descriptions must accurately represent applicable characteristics such as:

• Hair material
• Texture
• Color
• Length
• Density
• Lace or cap construction
• Processing or customization
• Product condition
• Available variations

Products advertised as 100% human hair must be 100% human hair.

Synthetic or human/synthetic blends may only be listed when HairGrab permits the product category and the material is clearly disclosed to the shopper.

Misrepresenting synthetic or blended hair as 100% human hair, bait-and-switch practices, materially misleading descriptions, or other intentional product misrepresentation may result in listing removal, seller suspension, or termination.

4. PRODUCT IMAGES

Sellers must provide clear images that reasonably and accurately represent the product being sold.

Images should allow shoppers to understand the product’s appearance, texture, color, construction, or other important characteristics.

Sellers may not intentionally use misleading images, images of materially different products, or imagery that creates a false representation of what the shopper will receive.

HairGrab may request replacement or additional images when a listing does not meet marketplace quality standards.

5. INVENTORY ACCURACY

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product availability and inventory information.

Products represented as ready to ship should be available for fulfillment when ordered.

Sellers must not routinely accept orders for unavailable merchandise or intentionally advertise unavailable products as ready to ship.

If an inventory error occurs, the seller must communicate promptly and work to resolve the affected order.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT STANDARDS

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Sellers must prepare and tender ready-to-ship orders to the applicable carrier within 48 business hours of receiving the order unless a different processing timeframe is clearly disclosed and permitted by HairGrab.

A shipment is considered tendered when the carrier has accepted the package and valid tracking activity is available.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Products requiring customization, coloring, construction, or other additional preparation must clearly disclose their processing timeframe in the product listing.

Unless otherwise approved by HairGrab, the maximum processing period for a custom or made-to-order product is 7 business days.

Tracking

Sellers must provide valid tracking information for shipped orders when tracking is available.

Sellers may not submit false, recycled, unrelated, or otherwise invalid tracking information.

Available shipping methods and label options may vary based on HairGrab’s current marketplace technology and shipping integrations.

7. LOCAL PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY

When HairGrab permits local pickup or local delivery, participation is optional unless otherwise stated.

Sellers choosing to offer these services are responsible for maintaining accurate availability and fulfillment information.

A seller is not required to provide a residential or private business address to shoppers solely because the seller participates in HairGrab.

Any pickup location made available to shoppers must be intentionally designated by the seller for customer pickup.

8. RETURNS, HYGIENE & PRODUCT CONDITION

Minimum Return Window

Sellers agree to honor a minimum 14-day return period following carrier-confirmed delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a standard hygiene-related return, merchandise must remain:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Uninstalled
• In its original eligible condition
• With applicable hygiene seals or protective packaging intact

Non-Returnable Used or Altered Hair

Hair products may become ineligible for return after being materially altered or used, including when applicable:

• Lace has been cut
• Lace has been bleached or tinted
• Hair has been installed
• Hair has been chemically altered
• Hygiene protection has been removed or compromised

These restrictions do not eliminate a shopper’s rights when merchandise is defective, materially misrepresented, incorrect, or otherwise subject to rights provided by applicable law.

Incorrect or Defective Products

When a seller ships an incorrect, materially misrepresented, or defective product, the seller is responsible for providing an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, and/or applicable return shipping costs.

9. SELLER COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sellers are expected to communicate professionally and respond reasonably promptly to HairGrab and shoppers regarding active orders, fulfillment issues, returns, or disputes.

Sellers must notify HairGrab and/or the affected shopper promptly when an issue may prevent timely fulfillment.

Repeated failure to respond to order-related communications may affect the seller’s marketplace standing.

10. HAIRGRAB ORDERS MUST REMAIN ON HAIRGRAB

Orders and customer relationships initiated through HairGrab must be processed through the HairGrab marketplace when they relate to the transaction initiated on HairGrab.

Sellers may not use HairGrab listings, messaging, customer information, or marketplace interactions to intentionally redirect HairGrab shoppers to complete the same transaction through:

• Cash App
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Direct invoice
• An external website
• Another marketplace
• Other off-platform payment methods

This policy protects shoppers, sellers, payment records, dispute resolution, and the integrity of the HairGrab marketplace.

Intentional circumvention of HairGrab fees or checkout may result in account suspension or termination.

11. SELLER PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNT STANDING

HairGrab expects sellers to maintain reasonable standards for:

• Timely fulfillment
• Accurate inventory
• Valid tracking
• Product accuracy
• Customer communication
• Returns and dispute handling
• Marketplace conduct

HairGrab may review accounts demonstrating repeated fulfillment delays, excessive cancellations, invalid tracking, excessive substantiated disputes, significant product misrepresentation, or other patterns that create a poor shopper experience.

Depending on the circumstances, HairGrab may:

• Request corrective action
• Remove or temporarily deactivate listings
• Restrict selling privileges
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Terminate a seller account

Serious fraud, intentional product misrepresentation, deliberate fee circumvention, or other significant violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

A seller’s locked Founding Seller commission rate is not a substitute for compliance with HairGrab marketplace standards. HairGrab may suspend or terminate a Founding Seller account for violations without converting the seller to a different commission tier as a disciplinary measure.

12. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY

Each HairGrab seller operates as an independent business and is responsible for the products they offer, their representations regarding those products, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Participation in HairGrab does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship between the seller and Crowned Group LLC.

13. MARKETPLACE CHANGES

HairGrab may reasonably update marketplace policies, product standards, operational requirements, or seller procedures as the platform develops.

When a material change affects seller obligations, HairGrab will provide notice through the seller portal, email, or another reasonable communication method.

Continued use of the marketplace following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms where permitted by applicable law.

14. ACCEPTANCE

By creating or maintaining a HairGrab seller account, the seller acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to comply with these HairGrab Seller Terms & Service Level Agreement.
