Delete Your HairGrab Account

HairGrab respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request deletion of your HairGrab customer account and personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your HairGrab account, email [YOUR @HAIRGRAB.COM EMAIL] with the subject line “Delete My HairGrab Account.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your HairGrab account so that we can verify your request.

What will be deleted

After your request is verified, HairGrab will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your customer account when reasonably possible, including account profile information and other personal information that is not required to be retained.

Information we may retain

Certain information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, including transaction records, order history, payment and refund records, fraud-prevention records, tax and accounting records, dispute records, and information required to comply with applicable laws.

Information that must be retained will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Request deletion of specific data

You may also request deletion of certain personal information without deleting your entire HairGrab account. Send your request to [YOUR @HAIRGRAB.COM EMAIL] and describe the information you would like deleted.
